Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person who accesses or uses Wegetam, including buyers, visitors, sellers, store team members and marketplace partners. Wegetam is a brand and marketplace operated by Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited. This policy covers accounts, storefronts, product listings, reviews, buyer-seller messaging, checkout, payments, delivery tools, media uploads, support channels, APIs and other platform features.

2. Lawful and honest use

You must use Wegetam lawfully and provide accurate information. You must not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent authority to act for a store, publish deceptive claims, manipulate prices or stock, submit false reviews or reports, fabricate delivery evidence, or use Wegetam to facilitate fraud, money laundering, theft or another unlawful activity.

3. Prohibited products and content

You must not list, offer, request, promote or transact in illegal, stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent, unsafe or unlawfully obtained goods. Prohibited content includes fake government identification, stolen payment-card information, illegal drugs, explosive devices, and material that infringes intellectual-property rights or facilitates crime. You must not publish content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, malicious, privacy-invasive or designed to deceive users.

4. Restricted and moderated products

Some lawful but regulated or higher-risk products may require review, additional information or rejection depending on applicable law, safety considerations and platform rules. Current moderation can route products such as prescription medicines, medical devices, alcohol, supplements and chemicals for review. A review outcome is not a legal certification, and approval may be withdrawn if circumstances, evidence or applicable requirements change.

5. Safe marketplace transactions

Transactions initiated on Wegetam should remain on Wegetam. Sellers must not pressure buyers to pay privately or move order arrangements off-platform to avoid fees, checkout records, moderation, dispute handling or buyer protections. No user may request or share passwords, card PINs, one-time passwords, delivery confirmation codes before physical handover, or other account secrets. Payment screenshots and private messages are not authoritative proof of payment.

6. Messaging, privacy and personal data

In-app messaging must be used for genuine product and order questions. You must not use buyer or seller information for spam, harassment, phishing, credential collection, unrelated marketing, scraping, resale or profiling. Do not upload identity documents, payment cards or unnecessary sensitive information to product, messaging, review or delivery-evidence features.

7. Platform and security integrity

You must not probe, scan, disrupt or bypass Wegetam security; introduce malware; automate abusive traffic; scrape protected data; evade rate limits; misuse APIs; interfere with another account; create accounts to avoid enforcement; manipulate rankings, reviews, referrals or analytics; or attempt to access data or functions you are not authorised to use.

8. Intellectual property

Only publish product images, logos, names, descriptions and other material that you own or are authorised to use. Wegetam may remove allegedly infringing material and request evidence of ownership or permission.

9. Reporting and enforcement

Users can report suspected scams, counterfeit goods, prohibited products, misleading listings and other violations through available reporting or support channels. Wegetam may preserve relevant records, request information, reject or remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts or stores, hold payouts, block refunds or transfers for review, and cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities where appropriate. Enforcement is based on the available facts, severity, recurrence, safety risk and applicable obligations.

10. Questions and updates

This policy works with the Terms of Service, Marketplace Policy, Seller Terms, Privacy Policy and other published Wegetam rules. Wegetam may update it as products, risks and legal requirements change. Questions or reports should be sent to support@wegetam.app or raised through another verified Wegetam support channel.
