Terms of Service
Using Wegetam
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and use Wegetam only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected compromise.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for truthful listings, lawful products, accurate stock and pricing, fulfillment, customer service and compliance with Wegetam marketplace policies. Wegetam may review, restrict, suspend or remove listings or stores when required for safety, policy enforcement or platform integrity.
Orders and payments
Available payment and delivery methods are shown at checkout. Online payment status is determined from the supported payment provider and Wegetam reconciliation records. Buyer delivery confirmation may be required before an online seller payout becomes eligible.
Subscriptions and fees
Merchant plans, trials, launch offers, marketplace fees and other applicable charges are displayed before the relevant transaction. Current plan access may end after an expired trial, grace period, cancelled period or unpaid subscription.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use Wegetam for fraud, counterfeit goods, illegal or dangerous products, misleading listings, credential theft, abusive automation, payment manipulation or attempts to bypass security and marketplace controls. See the Marketplace Policy.
Disputes, refunds and enforcement
We may hold payouts, request evidence, review delivery disputes, process eligible refunds and take account or listing action according to the facts, provider status and platform rules. Some disputes may require cooperation from the buyer, seller or payment provider.
Service availability
We work to keep Wegetam reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance, restrict risky activity or change features when necessary for security, compliance, provider requirements or platform operation.
