1. About Wegetam and these Terms

Wegetam is a brand and online marketplace operated by Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited (the “Company”). References in these Terms to “Wegetam”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited when it operates the Wegetam platform and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, operating a store or using protected platform features, you enter into these Terms with Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited and agree to the current applicable Wegetam policies. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and protect your login, OTP and account credentials.

2. Marketplace relationship

Sellers are independent businesses responsible for their products, pricing, stock, descriptions, delivery commitments, warranties and customer service. Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited, through the Wegetam brand, provides marketplace, storefront, payment, order, moderation, security and related technology. Unless Wegetam expressly states otherwise, Wegetam is not the manufacturer or owner of a seller's goods.

3. Orders and protected payment

Live marketplace purchases must be completed through the checkout and payment methods displayed by Wegetam. Payment status is determined from Wegetam's server records and supported payment provider verification, not screenshots, messages or private payment instructions. Buyers should not move a protected transaction off-platform. Wegetam may be unable to verify, refund or resolve money sent directly to a seller outside the platform.

4. Delivery confirmation and seller payout

For protected online orders, a buyer delivery confirmation code may be required to confirm fulfilment. The code must only be shared when the relevant goods have been delivered or collected as expected. Seller payout does not become eligible merely because the buyer paid. Unless a lawful hold, refund, dispute, reversal, verification restriction or other restriction applies, the seller's net payout becomes eligible immediately after Wegetam successfully verifies the buyer's fulfilment confirmation code. For delivery orders where a buyer does not provide the code, a seller may submit timestamped delivery evidence through the supported Wegetam flow. Wegetam may notify the buyer and provide a response window to confirm or dispute the delivery. If the buyer does not dispute within the displayed window, Wegetam may treat the order as delivered and make the payout eligible based on the recorded evidence. Wegetam may delay or hold a payout when reasonably necessary to investigate a dispute, payment reversal, security concern or policy violation.

5. Fees

Wegetam may charge sellers a marketplace commission on successful product sales. The applicable rate can vary by product category and is calculated from the product proceeds, not the merchant's delivery fee. The rate applied to an order is recorded when the order is created so later rate changes do not rewrite historical transactions. Any other fee will be disclosed in the relevant workflow before it applies.

6. Refunds, reversals and disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the order facts, payment status, seller fulfilment, evidence and the applicable refund and marketplace policies. Wegetam may request information from buyers and sellers, place funds on hold, reverse ledger entries where appropriate and cooperate with payment providers. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, counterfeit or illegal goods, deceptive listings, stolen goods, credential theft, payment manipulation, abusive automation, false delivery confirmation, attempts to defeat moderation or security controls, and misuse of buyer or seller data are prohibited. Wegetam may remove listings, restrict accounts, suspend stores, hold payouts or preserve evidence when reasonably required for safety, compliance or platform integrity.

8. Storefront, AI and SEO tools

Storefront themes, AI-assisted content, SEO tools, analytics and marketplace discovery features are tools to help sellers operate their businesses. Sellers remain responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring product claims, images, intellectual property, pricing, business information and legal disclosures are accurate and lawful. Search visibility, rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed.

9. Availability and changes

Wegetam may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features and may restrict activity that creates security, legal or operational risk. Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Material policy updates may require renewed acceptance before affected protected features can be used.

10. Liability and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wegetam is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from independent seller conduct, buyer misuse, external networks or third-party services outside Wegetam's reasonable control. These Terms govern use of the Wegetam services provided by Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited and are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections in the jurisdictions where the Company operates or offers the services.

Delivery PIN acknowledgment and immediate payout

Before generating a delivery PIN, the buyer must tick an acknowledgment confirming physical possession, inspection and acceptance of the relevant items, and agreement that sharing the PIN authorizes Wegetam to initiate the seller payout immediately after successful PIN validation. There is no 24-hour payout waiting period. Transfers are subject to verified payment, a valid payout account, verification requirements, dispute, refund, liability and security checks, and sufficient available Paystack balance including fees. Paystack and the receiving bank determine processing and bank-credit times.

Wegetam Delivery and manual Vendor Delivery

Wegetam Delivery is preferred when enabled by the platform and vendor and a valid courier quote is available. Manual Vendor Delivery and Store Pickup are optional alternatives. Vendors remain responsible for accurate product information, packaging and handover. Delivery availability, method and charges are shown before payment; courier services remain subject to their route availability and applicable claims terms.

Product readiness and preparation time

Wegetam Delivery is available only for products explicitly confirmed ready to ship when ordered, subject to seller setup, parcel requirements and courier availability. Made-to-order items use vendor-arranged delivery with disclosed preparation time. Mixed baskets can create separate fulfilment groups and charges, including multiple groups for one seller.
