Information we collect
Wegetam processes account details, store and product information, order and delivery details, support communications, security events and payment references needed to operate the marketplace. Card details are handled by supported payment providers and are not intended to be stored by Wegetam.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and storefronts, process orders and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, support buyers and sellers, moderate marketplace content, maintain audit records, improve reliability and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, payment, email, media-storage, authentication and monitoring providers to operate Wegetam. They receive only the information reasonably required for their role and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption for selected sensitive records, rate limits, audit logging and other safeguards. We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for marketplace operations, financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, security and legal obligations.
Your choices
Account holders can manage supported notification preferences in Wegetam. For privacy or account requests, use the authenticated support channel in your Wegetam workspace so we can verify the request safely.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform, providers or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
