Platform operator

Wegetam is a brand and marketplace operated by Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited. References in this Marketplace Policy to “Wegetam”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited when operating the Wegetam platform.

Truthful listings

Product titles, descriptions, images, variants, stock, prices, condition, delivery information and seller identity must accurately represent what is offered. Bait pricing, impersonation and materially misleading claims are prohibited.

Prohibited and restricted products

Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, dangerous or otherwise prohibited goods must not be listed. Wegetam may automatically block certain submissions or route higher-risk listings to moderation. Approval can be withdrawn if new evidence or policy requirements arise.

Marketplace approval and storefront publication

A merchant may publish an eligible product to its own storefront while central Wegetam marketplace exposure remains pending review. Platform approval controls central marketplace discovery and does not prevent Wegetam from later suspending a listing or store for safety or policy reasons.

Safe transactions

Buyers should complete purchases through Wegetam checkout. Sellers must not pressure buyers to move a protected order to private bank transfer, cash arrangement or another off-platform channel in order to avoid fees, records, moderation or buyer protections. Never request a buyer's password, OTP, card PIN or account secret.

Delivery confirmation

Delivery confirmation codes are order security controls, not general account credentials. A buyer should provide the code only after receiving or collecting the relevant order as expected. Sellers must not guess, coerce, reuse or falsely obtain a delivery code.

Selling and delivery areas

Merchants may restrict the states, cities or areas they serve. Buyers must provide truthful delivery information. A seller is not required to deliver outside the coverage shown by Wegetam for that store.

Reports and enforcement

Users can report suspected scams, counterfeit goods, prohibited products or misleading listings. A report is a signal for review, not automatic proof. Depending on severity and evidence, Wegetam may reject or remove listings, restrict accounts, suspend stores, hold payouts, request documents or preserve audit evidence.

Delivery PIN acknowledgment and immediate payout

Before generating a delivery PIN, the buyer must tick an acknowledgment confirming physical possession, inspection and acceptance of the relevant items, and agreement that sharing the PIN authorizes Wegetam to initiate the seller payout immediately after successful PIN validation. There is no 24-hour payout waiting period. Transfers are subject to verified payment, a valid payout account, verification requirements, dispute, refund, liability and security checks, and sufficient available Paystack balance including fees. Paystack and the receiving bank determine processing and bank-credit times.

Wegetam Delivery and manual Vendor Delivery

Wegetam Delivery is preferred when enabled and live rates are available. Vendors can disable manual Vendor Delivery and rely on platform delivery without setting manual prices. Manual Vendor Delivery and Store Pickup are independent optional alternatives. If courier rates are unavailable and no alternative is enabled, delivery checkout cannot proceed until an available method is selected.

Product readiness and preparation time

Each product must declare whether it is ready to ship when ordered. Ready products may use Wegetam Delivery; made-to-order products must declare their minimum and maximum preparation time in working days and use the vendor's configured manual delivery service. Separate sellers and a seller's ready and made-to-order items may have separate fulfilment groups, charges and tracking. Store Pickup may be offered where enabled.
