Marketplace Policy
Listings must be truthful
Titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants, availability and seller information must accurately represent the item being offered. Misleading claims, bait pricing and impersonation are not permitted.
Prohibited and restricted items
Illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, stolen, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited products may not be listed. Wegetam can maintain prohibited and review-required terms and categories without a code deployment. Higher-risk listings may require manual moderation before publication.
Moderation
New or changed listings may be placed in review. Policy changes can return matching live listings to review. A report or keyword match is a moderation signal, not automatic proof of wrongdoing; moderators review available context before final action where appropriate.
Buyer reports
Buyers can report suspected counterfeit, prohibited, dangerous, misleading or scam-related listings. False or abusive reporting may itself be treated as misuse of the platform.
Seller enforcement
Depending on severity and history, Wegetam may reject or suspend listings, suspend a store, hold payouts, request information, preserve audit evidence or take other proportionate action needed to protect buyers and platform integrity.
Safe transactions
Never ask a buyer to share passwords, OTPs, card PINs or Wegetam account secrets. Delivery confirmation codes should only be requested for the intended fulfillment confirmation flow.
