Wegetam is a brand operated by Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited. References in this policy to “Wegetam”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited when operating the Wegetam platform and related refund or dispute workflows.

Keep the transaction on Wegetam

For the strongest payment record and dispute evidence, buyers should complete checkout and payment through Wegetam. Private transfers or arrangements made outside Wegetam may be impossible for the platform to verify, reverse or refund.

Report problems promptly

If an order is missing, materially different from the listing, damaged, suspected counterfeit or otherwise disputed, use the available Wegetam order/support channel promptly and keep relevant messages, photos, delivery evidence and packaging where reasonable.

Delivery confirmation matters

Do not give the seller the delivery confirmation code until the relevant goods have been received or collected as expected. Successful confirmation is evidence that fulfilment occurred, although Wegetam may still review credible evidence of fraud, mistake or another qualifying issue.

Refund review

A refund is not automatic merely because a request is submitted. Wegetam may review payment status, order records, seller response, delivery evidence, product condition and other relevant facts. Approved refunds are processed through supported payment and ledger workflows and may take additional provider or banking time after Wegetam initiates them.

Seller payout and disputes

Open disputes, approved refunds, payment reversals, fraud concerns or administrative holds may delay seller payout. If a valid reversal occurs after a seller was already paid, Wegetam may record the resulting merchant liability and recover it from future amounts where permitted by the applicable agreements and law.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not remove consumer rights, payment rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
