Your agreement with the platform operator

These Seller Terms form part of the agreement between the seller and Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited, which operates Wegetam as a brand and marketplace platform. References to “Wegetam”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited when providing the Wegetam services.

Authority to operate the store

The person accepting these Seller Terms confirms that they are authorised to act for the store or business. Store ownership, business identity, payout information and contact details must be accurate and kept current.

Products and fulfilment

Sellers are responsible for lawful products, truthful descriptions and images, accurate inventory and prices, packaging, fulfilment, delivery or pickup commitments, customer service and any product warranty or after-sales obligation they provide. Sellers must comply with applicable product-safety, labelling, registration, traceability and regulatory requirements, including requirements of NAFDAC, the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) or another competent regulator where they apply to the product. Marketplace approval is not regulatory certification. Sellers must comply with Wegetam marketplace moderation decisions.

Marketplace commission

Wegetam deducts the applicable marketplace commission from product proceeds on successful commissionable sales. Manual Vendor Delivery fees are merchant revenue. Wegetam Delivery charges fund courier services; vendor subsidies reduce vendor settlement. Manual delivery fees are not included in the marketplace commission unless Wegetam publishes a different fee rule and the seller accepts it. Category-specific rates may override the platform default. Historical orders use the rate snapshot recorded when the order was created.

Vendor verification

Wegetam may offer a verified-vendor programme requiring legal identity details and supporting documents. Verification is a trust and payout-control feature and does not by itself guarantee seller conduct, product quality or future performance. Unless Platform Admin expressly changes the selling policy, an unverified seller may continue operating its storefront and products while verification is pending. Private verification documents are not public.

Payment and payout security

Sellers must not treat a buyer-facing payment screen, screenshot or message as proof of payment. Wegetam's verified server-side payment state is authoritative. Seller payout eligibility starts only after fulfilment is confirmed through the buyer PIN or another supported evidence-based delivery process. Platform Admin may configure whether an unverified vendor can receive payouts. Where verification is required for payout, the seller may continue selling but eligible funds remain held until the vendor is approved or the platform policy changes. Wegetam may also block or delay a payout for disputes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fraud or security review, sanctions, invalid payout information, or other documented platform holds. If a legitimate refund, chargeback, reversal or other payment liability attributable to a seller occurs after the seller has already received payout, the resulting amount may become an amount owed by that seller to Wegetam. Subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules, Wegetam may recover or offset that amount against future eligible seller settlements or require another lawful repayment method. Wegetam will maintain transaction records supporting such adjustments and will not use this provision to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery code obligations

A seller may request the order-specific confirmation code only when the relevant order is actually delivered or collected. Attempts to guess, reuse, obtain early or falsely submit a code are serious violations and may lead to payout holds, store suspension or account restrictions. For delivery orders, a seller may instead submit one genuine delivery photo after handover where the buyer does not provide the PIN. Wegetam adds a server-controlled timestamp and order reference to the image. Sellers must not fabricate evidence, stage false delivery photos, photograph identity documents or payment cards, or collect unnecessary sensitive imagery. False delivery evidence may lead to payout holds, account restrictions and investigation.

Selling areas and delivery fees

Sellers choose where they are prepared to sell. Vendors can independently enable or disable manual Vendor Delivery and configure its location-specific fees; Wegetam Delivery requires no manual prices. Sellers must keep those settings accurate and should not accept an order they cannot reasonably fulfil. Where Wegetam displays a quoted delivery fee based on seller configuration, the seller is responsible for honouring the configured fee unless the buyer agrees to a lawful platform-recorded adjustment.

Off-platform circumvention

Sellers must not direct buyers away from Wegetam to avoid marketplace commission, security controls, order records, dispute handling or buyer protections for a transaction initiated through Wegetam. Wegetam may investigate repeated circumvention and take proportionate account, listing or payout action.

Storefront, domains, AI and SEO

Sellers are responsible for content published on their storefront or connected domain, including AI-assisted copy. Wegetam does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, domain availability, conversion or sales. Sellers must have rights to the names, images, logos, trademarks and other material they publish.

Acceptance and policy updates

A seller must accept the current required seller policies before selling. If a required policy is materially updated, Wegetam may require a new acceptance before further publishing or selling actions. Acceptance is recorded with the policy version, time and security metadata for audit purposes.

Delivery PIN acknowledgment and immediate payout

Before generating a delivery PIN, the buyer must tick an acknowledgment confirming physical possession, inspection and acceptance of the relevant items, and agreement that sharing the PIN authorizes Wegetam to initiate the seller payout immediately after successful PIN validation. There is no 24-hour payout waiting period. Transfers are subject to verified payment, a valid payout account, verification requirements, dispute, refund, liability and security checks, and sufficient available Paystack balance including fees. Paystack and the receiving bank determine processing and bank-credit times.

Wegetam Delivery and manual Vendor Delivery

New vendor setup prefers Wegetam Delivery; existing saved preferences are preserved. Enable it with a complete collection address, pickup contact first and last name, and accurate product weight, dimensions and category. No manual prices are required. Enable manual Vendor Delivery only if you will arrange delivery yourself and maintain its prices and coverage. Buyers pay live courier charges unless you elect a subsidy, which reduces your settlement. Package goods securely, make them ready for collection and retain handover evidence.

Preparation and courier pickup

Payment does not automatically dispatch a courier. The vendor must accept the order, prepare and package the goods, then mark an eligible ready-to-ship order Ready for courier pickup. Collection is requested only after that action and follows the confirmed courier schedule. Vendors must communicate preparation time accurately; delivery estimates apply to the courier leg; made-to-order products use vendor-arranged delivery with separately disclosed preparation time. The platform refreshes the selected courier quote when the parcel is ready. If the service or charge changes, platform review is required before booking; buyers are not automatically charged extra. Orders needing review must be resolved through the platform fulfilment or refund process.

Product readiness and preparation time

When adding or editing a product, choose ready to ship or made to order. Only explicitly ready-to-ship products can use Wegetam Delivery. Made-to-order products require a preparation range in working days and enabled Vendor Delivery with configured pricing; the seller must arrange their shipping. Vendor Delivery cannot be disabled while active made-to-order products depend on it. Existing products must have readiness reviewed; they are not automatically treated as ready. For eligible ready products, securely pack the order before selecting Ready for courier pickup. Disclose preparation time separately from transit time.
