Seller Terms

Your agreement with the platform operator

These Seller Terms form part of the agreement between the seller and Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited, which operates Wegetam as a brand and marketplace platform. References to “Wegetam”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited when providing the Wegetam services.

Authority to operate the store

The person accepting these Seller Terms confirms that they are authorised to act for the store or business. Store ownership, business identity, payout information and contact details must be accurate and kept current.

Products and fulfilment

Sellers are responsible for lawful products, truthful descriptions and images, accurate inventory and prices, packaging, fulfilment, delivery or pickup commitments, customer service and any product warranty or after-sales obligation they provide. Sellers must comply with Wegetam marketplace moderation decisions.

Marketplace commission

Wegetam deducts the applicable marketplace commission from product proceeds on successful commissionable sales. Delivery fees are merchant revenue and are not included in the marketplace commission unless Wegetam publishes a different fee rule and the seller accepts it. Category-specific rates may override the platform default. Historical orders use the rate snapshot recorded when the order was created.

Payment and payout security

Sellers must not treat a buyer-facing payment screen, screenshot or message as proof of payment. Wegetam's verified server-side payment state is authoritative. Seller payout eligibility starts only after buyer-confirmed fulfilment and the applicable payout hold period. Wegetam may block or delay a payout for disputes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fraud or security review, sanctions, invalid payout information, or other documented platform holds.

Delivery code obligations

A seller may request the order-specific confirmation code only when the relevant order is actually delivered or collected. Attempts to guess, reuse, obtain early or falsely submit a code are serious violations and may lead to payout holds, store suspension or account restrictions.

Selling areas and delivery fees

Sellers choose where they are prepared to sell and may configure location-specific delivery fees. Sellers must keep those settings accurate and should not accept an order they cannot reasonably fulfil. Where Wegetam displays a quoted delivery fee based on seller configuration, the seller is responsible for honouring the configured fee unless the buyer agrees to a lawful platform-recorded adjustment.

Off-platform circumvention

Sellers must not direct buyers away from Wegetam to avoid marketplace commission, security controls, order records, dispute handling or buyer protections for a transaction initiated through Wegetam. Wegetam may investigate repeated circumvention and take proportionate account, listing or payout action.

Storefront, domains, AI and SEO

Sellers are responsible for content published on their storefront or connected domain, including AI-assisted copy. Wegetam does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, domain availability, conversion or sales. Sellers must have rights to the names, images, logos, trademarks and other material they publish.

Acceptance and policy updates

A seller must accept the current required seller policies before selling. If a required policy is materially updated, Wegetam may require a new acceptance before further publishing or selling actions. Acceptance is recorded with the policy version, time and security metadata for audit purposes.
